Introducing the Agents of Investment Realty Advisors, LLC

Joseph graduated Cum Laude from Cal State Fullerton in 2002 with a B.A. in Psychology. Being a Utah native he moved back to Salt Lake City in 2004 to begin his career in Investment Real Estate. Since that time Joseph has brokered an average of 30 to 40 Multi-family transactions per year in the Salt Lake area. Before forming Investment Realty Advisors LLC in 2008, Joseph was an associate broker at Century 21 Elite where he was recognized as the top producing agent in the brokerage from 2005-2007, averaging around $9 to $13 million in sales per year in sales.

Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife Janna and three kids, attending little league games, dance recitals, gymnastics, peewee football, raising money for Cystic Fibrosis and all that good stuff that comes with having young kids. As a resident of Olympus Cove he also enjoys biking, hiking, camping, beautiful sunsets, serving in the community, and assisting the locals in buying and selling homes in the area.

David graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a minor in Business. David also graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). David is an active real estate agent and holds an active real estate license with Investment Realty Advisors. He has experience as a residential loan officer and is an active real estate investor. David also currently works for a local appraisal firm as a commercial and residential real estate appraiser, which he has done since 2001.

David and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters. In his free time, David enjoys biking, camping, hiking, skiing, remodeling homes, reading, and coaching.

Cory graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelors degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. He began his career working for a prominent real estate investment bank specializing in securitized 1031 exchanges and private placements. Cory has been part of our team since 2009. He is president of our property management division (commercial & residential) and has been instrumental in investment analysis, valuations, and representing buyers, sellers, and landlords. Cory holds an active Utah real estate license with Investment Realty Advisors, does commercial appraisals for local appraisal firm, and holds series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses. Cory`s resume speaks for itself. He is an asset to Investment Realty Advisors and his clients.

When Cory isn`t doing real estate he enjoys outdoor recreation such as rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, & snow boarding.
